Andrei Poludnewycz As an Entrepreneur and CEO with a deep passion for creating great companies, Andrei has started, grown and managed 4 companies in his career to-date. This includes over 28 years of extensive entrepreneurial, high growth and executive management experience in the internet, technology, CRM, CTI, GPS and automated trading software and hardware, consulting, financial services and high frequency, low latency algorithmic equity trading areas.

Some career highlights include designing, building and selling leading edge CRM, CTI and GPS software generating well over $150 million in sales, designing, building, testing and deploying very complex automated equity trading strategies that executed buy and sell orders in microseconds, spearheading a new acquisition and growing a CRM software company from $2 million to $50 million in sales and a successful IPO in 5 years, and increasing an internet GPS software company revenues from $1.8 million to $4.5 million in less than a year.

Most recently, Andrei was the Chief Executive Officer at NewGenCity, Inc., a small business marketing startup where he was brought on board to get the company operational. He hired a team of 15 employees, redesigned and rebuilt the website from the ground up, revised the business model to make it more profitable, developed a sales process and methodology and generated sales for the company. Prior to NGC, Andrei founded and managed Amity Trading, LLC, an internet equity trading firm where he spent over 11 years designing, building, testing and deploying several complex automated equity trading strategies. Prior to that, Andrei was EVP-Technology at IMA, Inc., a CRM software company. While at IMA for over 14 years, Andrei was responsible for Sales, Strategic Alliances and Strategic Product Direction for the company. He co-founded the company and originally designed/programmed IMA’s initial software product (TELEMAR). He recruited/trained/led IMA’s Products Division and released 5 new software versions in 5 years. He was the driving force behind the acquisition and turnaround of a failing company; he revitalized the product line (EDGE) and built it to primary revenue producer. He grew the company from $2 million to $50 million in sales and a very successful IPO in 5 years. Andrei was an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award Finalist in 1996. IMA was named to the prestigious INC Magazine 500 fastest growing companies in 1991, 1992 and 1993. Prior to his tenure at IMA, Andrei was recruited from college into Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), a highly respected management consulting firm. While at Accenture for over 2 years, he received initial training in software design and programming, project management and management consulting and worked on a variety of projects for clients in multiple vertical industries. Andrei graduated Magna Cum Laude with Phi Beta Kappa Academic Honors and dual degrees in Economics and Psychology from Trinity College in Hartford, CT in 1982.

Jennifer Lesher Jennifer possesses over 13 years professional business and human resources experience, specializing in leadership development training, staffing, employee relations, benefits and rate negotiations, EEOC, disability claims, employment law, union avoidance, mergers and acquisition, and compensation.

She has worked with multiple fortune 500 companies including Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and Compass Knowledge Group. More recently, Jennifer has acted in the role of VP of Human Resources, overseeing Embanet Corporation's acquisition of Compass Knowledge Group.

In addition to this, Jennifer has acted as a guest judge three years in a row for the Orlando Sentinel newspaper picking the top 100 local companies for working families in the Orlando area.

Jason Bramble Jason Bramble has been working as a software developer for more than 13 years. Since graduating CHI Insititute in 1995, he has held senior software developer positions at multiple high profile real estate firms and home improvement businesses including The Delaware Valley Real Estate Information Network, HomeSeekers.com, Visient Real Estate Technology Solutions, Heartland Mls, and Sears Home Improvement Products. He has been credited with the development of numerous applications including several web based tax record search systems, mapping applications, real estate search and reporting systems, statistical analysis applications, web leads collection applications, and windows based project management software still in use today. In addition to software development, Jason expanded his talents to include graphic design, flash and action script programming, 3d modeling, texturing, and animation, having attended both the Art Institute of Pittsburg in 2004, and the International Academy of Design and Technology in 2007. He is also credited as the lead tech on the Art Institute’s virtual college environment and integration into e-college, as well multiple researcher credits in the book series "Game Development Essentials" published by Thomson/Delmar Learning covering user interface design, artificial intelligence, game mechanics, game simulation, online development, and project management.
