JobCrank.com is a online job board developed for the small business and the individual. We help you advertise your job opening, and to quickly find the right qualified applicant to fill your needs. We are different from our competitors in many ways, including employees can be rated and reviewed, we support ratable and searchable audio and video work portfolios, we use social networking tools for employee communication and pre-qualification, and are generally structured to even support nontraditional job types.
Employers can not only find employees, but parents can find and hire child care, homeowners can find reliable construction professionals for renovation work, musicians can find each other to form bands, and more! We see that everyone employs the help of someone else. These are all jobs to us.
JobCrank.com is owned by JobCrank Inc (a Florida based corporation), and is located at 1350 Orange Avenue Suite 236, Winter Park, Fl 32789. JobCrank Inc was founded by and is soley owned by Jason Bramble who has been designing and developing this service since 2007.

Simple. Your job advertisement will be pushed to, and made available to thousands of local qualified applicants. We not only include your job advertisement on JobCrank.com, but we will also push your job advertisement to our data partners such as SimplyHired.com, JuJu.com, CareerJet.com, Jobster.com, Jobs.com, Facebook, as well as including your advertisement on our many niche affiliate job sites. It is also important to note - we actually sponsor our job advertisements with our data partners, which means that your job advertisement posted with JobCrank will be given preferred placement above other competitors on these services.
You just post your advertisement once, and we will handle the rest, exposing your job to the largest number of job seekers on the internet.
In addition to this, local members who offer services similar to the skill sets required by your job, are automatically notified about your job advertisement. These are called matched members, and will also appear on your job advertisement for you to view and contact directly.

| Types of Jobs We Support |
We support three types of jobs, Jobs for Hire, Jobs for Bid, and Volunteer Positions:
Jobs for hire represent the most common employee/employer relationship. A person is hired (full time, part time, contract, internship, or temporary) at a given or negotiated pay rate to perform a specific job.
Jobs for bid are different from jobs for hire in that you do not specify any pay rate. Members who apply to this job will bid for your work, and you can negotiate terms and pay rates online before awarding the job to the applicant of your choice.
Volunteer positions, also called collaboration jobs, are simply jobs offering no immediate pay. These can include non-profit charities, or even just individuals who have an idea and are seeking others to help make it happen. If there is any monetary compensation with these types of jobs, it usually isn't realized immediately.
